Hi everybody!
So heres the deal that i have made for myself. As u all know i am not really happy with my body so i have decided to exercise! Hooray! Finally, i can get my ass out of the couch to start exercising. That is one of my new years resolution. To freaking lose weight.. It may start a lil bit shaky but if i keep this up, maybe i will shed some fat and blubber off of my body.
I will try to update on what i am listening to while writing this.

Actually, i wanted to begin my regime during the Dec holidays but i got no mood. So i promised to start when new year begins. I did..Kudos to me..I started slow at first but as time went by i picked up the pace. But unfortunately, i havent shed a kilo..darn it! So mad! Maybe its due to food intake or something. Sometimes i feel like giving up but i already promised myself. So i decided not to give up..

I then went to several websites to check some good cardio exercises and i found..jump rope..jump rope is good for ur body...it helps to shed off some fats from all parts of ur body and according to wikipedia, it says that if u do 10 minutes of jump rope, it is equivalent to running a 8 minute mile. So Jump rope is good!
so i guess i stop here..and will continue the journey of flab free with u..
